Reports: $350/hr inclusive of GST. Reports will not be provided until payment has been received.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation less than 24 business hours OR Non attendance of an appointment
30 minute appointment $110
70 minute appointment $250
90 minute appointment $300
Fees are due for payment on the day of appointment. They are the responsibility of the Patient or Guardian/Parent.
Cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a Cancellation payment.
